Hollywood superstar George Clooney’s wrestler girlfriend Stacy Keibler says that she stays sexy by eating well. The 32-year-old says she never skips her meals and exercises regularly, reported Showbizspy.

“I eat well. I make sure to have three meals throughout the day with two snacks in
between. I keep snacks on hand to keep my energy up. You can usually find alkaline water, raw nuts and my favourite bite-sized snack. I have a soft spot for desserts. I can’t help but have a bite or two.

To stay in shape, I work out five days a week for an hour and-a-half. My workout routine changes daily,” she said.
