Imran khan No More The Chocolate Boy

Imran khan No More The Chocolate Boy

The Bollywood's beloved Chocolate Boy, Imran Khan, is ready to break out of his sweet, bot next door image and eager to make the fans swoon with his more serious avatar

mran Khan who made a special place in the audience's heart with his pleasant portrayals of a romantic young lover-boy right from his debut movie "Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na" to the more recent "Ek Main Aur Ek Tu", is finally coming out of his comfortable cocoon and stepping into the world of more serious genre movies.Signed for projects such as Milan Luthria's "Once Upon A Time In Mumbai 2" wherein he shall play Aslam, a character belonging to the Mumbai's underworld ,and Vishal Bharadwaj's "Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola" which shall depict him as a rough and rustic boy from Haryana, Imran Khan is definitely taking the more mature path which shall surely surprise the audience long hooked on to his Chocolate Boy image.Imran is wholeheartedly preparing for these roles and is reported to have been learning Haryanvi in order to play the role of a Haryana boy effusively. Having inherited the perfectionist traits from his uncle, Aamir Khan, the tinsel town's romantic boy-next-door is known for preparing extensively for his roles and is keen on winning his fans' hearts again through the newly embraced avatar in more mature roles.

It is interesting to notice this transition as all the major A-Listers seem to have followed the same trend going from playing the romantic roles to essaying the more serious and rustic ones. Be it Aamir Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Shahrukh Khan or Salman Khan, they all started out with the romantic movies, but are now known for their grave portrayals in more matures movies as well. Let's hope that this transformation helps Imran Khan too to enter the big league
